As Director of Construction at construction2style, Topher Rose brings equal parts craftsmanship, calm, and good humor to every project. A Prior Lake, Minnesota native, Topher joined the c2s team in 2016 and has been a key part of growing the company’s build division – along with its brand, team, and culture ever since. From full-scale custom homes to remodels and additions, he leads with a hands-on approach and a deep commitment to doing things the right way: no shortcuts, no ego, just solid work and a whole lot of teamwork and heart. He leads with kindness in every interaction- clients, the field crew, and the team alike.
Known for his easygoing personality and ability to make even the most stressful build days feel manageable (and often funny), Topher has earned a reputation as both a trusted leader and the guy everyone wants on site. He’s the bridge between design and execution, translating ideas into beautiful and livable spaces that stand the test of time.
Outside of work, Topher is a dedicated family man – husband, girl dad, and proud son, in which he is deeply rooted in family and community. He now resides in St.Louis Park Minnesota, where he and his family live among many of the same neighbors and clients he builds for – something that makes his work even more personal.
Topher is also actively involved with Young Life Twin Cities, mentoring youth and guiding them as they grow in leadership, faith, and confidence; a role that mirrors how he shows up for his own team every day at c2s.
Simply put, Topher’s one of the good ones. Steady, kind, and the heartbeat of the c2s construction crew. c2s wouldn’t be what it is without him.
