Apple Cider Mimosa Recipe 

- Dipping Caramel (16oz) - Brown Sugar (1 cup) - Cinnamon  (1 tbsp)  - Apple cider/juice (1 gallon) - Prosecco or champagne (750 ml - one bottle)

- mix your brown sugar and cinnamon on a plate - dip the rim of your glass into the caramel  - dip your caramel rimmed glass into your cinnamon + sugar mixture - pop open  the prosecco, + fill your glass3/4 full.   - top off with apple cider - cheers + enjoy!
