Honey Ricotta Peach Crostini with Pistachios

Honey Ricotta Peach Crostini  Ingredients:  – french baguette  – 3 peaches, pitted and sliced (or cubed)  – 1 cup whole milk ricotta  – 3 tsp honey – mint or basil  – 4 Tbs pistachio -  balsamic glaze

Prepare Your Bread:

Cut your French baguette on a bias and slightly brush the pieces with olive oil.

Preheat Your Grill:

Grill French baguette for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown

Start assembling your crostinis:

Generously spoon ricotta on each slice and sprinkle with honey.
