Talk about the most relaxing weekend. Our bestie, Jill, brought a group of us girlfriends up to her cabin on Lake Vermillion. Yet again, it just reminded me how incredibly thankful I am for my girls. I seriously have the best group of friends. I can’t imagine a life without them.
The weather was the perfect fall weekend. We just kicked back and did whatever we wanted. Boated, walked, napped, pampered ourselves, dance party with just us, popped the bubbly, and caught up on life. It’s been a long time since I’ve spent quality time with my girls and G-man without his daddy around, so it was a much overdue weekend. I hate being away from Jams, but Grey is such a daddy’s boy I have to admit I love getting all the love and attention from our little man.

While we were away, Jamie spent the weekend finishing up this gorgeous bathroom remodel we’ve been working on in St. Paul. Our clients have been on vacation this past week, so we’ve been hustling to get it wrapped up before they get back and before we move onto another project next week. I LOVE when we can work on projects while our clients are away. It’s so much fun for them to come home to a completely updated space and seeing their excitement!
This couple has been so much fun to work with! We collaborated with this couple on the full design. They previously had a fiberglass shower in one bathroom and fiberglass shower floor and tile surround in the other. They wanted a bright, clean looking bathroom that would not become dirty looking too fast. It’s sometimes hard when you have an all white shower to keep it clean, especially the grout. After lots of shopping and going back and forth with design selections, we came up with the selections below. All grey scale tiles with grey grout.
Pictures don’t do this bathroom justice. And…I’m not the best photographer…haha! So we can’t wait until our girl Chels gets in here once we’re done and we can show you the full before and after.
