With this new custom home build, one of the rooms we got to design was this Jack + Jill bathroom. This bathroom is shared by twin girls and our goal was to allow the space to age with them. Incorporating fun elements of pink and feminine touches, without going overboard was what our clients were looking for us to do. Adding in gold touches and bringing black finishes into the space play off of the other bathrooms in the home and tie the overall design concept together.
The most amazing aspect of this bathroom is the pink patterned tile from Riad Tile. It’s the perfect shade of pink where it’s not too bright, but also will age well with the girls. Adding patterned tile is always a creative way to create a fun design on the floor that draws the eye and makes a statement. Gold frame mirrors add shine and sparkle to the space, while sleek and modern black faucets complement the black hardware. Black and glass sconces on either side of the mirror provide ample light, while also adding to the look. Having two sinks in a Jack + Jill bathroom is a great way to divide the room, while still being able to utilize the space for multiple people. A large 6 drawer cabinet between the two sinks provides lots of storage for all the curling irons, make-up, and hair accessories that come with twin girls.
