As we like to tell our clients, you're going to be working with us for a really long time and we'll be getting to know one another really well - and it's not just about the bottom line. We need to respect, trust, and work well with one another. So first, we get all of the boring and awkward stuff out of the way upfront...hello's, budgets, needs, wants, timelines, processes, your family, design style, contracts, and payment terms. We also have a client handbook that we'll send your right away - so that you can determine if you like us, as well. This is not a one way street.

We collaborate and dream with you as you share what you're looking for in your remodeling project so that you can visually see how your project will come to life.

During this initial design phase, project execution is mapped out so that scope stays within your budget.
We will put together mood boards, floor plans, concept boards, finishing selection sheets, and 3-D renderings.
We use an incredible app for all design projects so you can see everything come to life, quickly and conveniently online. Through this app you can also see your bottom line construction budget move up or down as you approve or disapprove selections. As we are a forward thinking company, most of our work is done digitally and online to save you time, money, and energy. We even work through another great app to have all materials delivered straight to your home in a beautifully buttoned up package.
get construction rolling
Once design plans are wrapped up, scope of work is defined, and everything is signed off on, it's ready to get materials ordered and get to work. Being lead times are a bit crazy right now, we wait until we have dates on the calendar for all material deliveries and get to work based on those delivery dates. And once your home is under construction, you can kick back! And remember, we're about to get even closer as we'll have the keys to your home.
In the final stage, we hustle and work hard to get your project wrapped up and out of your home as quickly as we can, but we're not gonna lie, we're always a little sad to say goodbye.

Once the remodel is complete, we will style your space! Depending on the size, space, and scope, we may bring in a little or a lot.
And then we pop the bubbly and celebrate because you'll have a beautifully designed, remodeled, and styled space!
