This is a super easy cocktail using Irish whiskey that is a little outside of the box but extremely delicious. I was inspired to make this drink from Rob Jones at Meteor Bar in Minneapolis.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Irish Whiskey
- .5 oz Orgeat Syrup
- 3 dashes bitters
- Lemon
- Ice
Directions
- In your favorite lowball glass add your 2 oz of Irish Whiskey.
- Add .5 ounces of orgeat syrup.
- Add a few dashes of bitters.
- Add ice.
- Stir for 20 seconds and enjoy.

All you need to do is add all your ingredients to your favorite low-ball cocktail glass, stir, and enjoy!
