I am a social media strategist, account and project manager, and many, many other things at Snap Agency—such as the creator and host of blogger workshops and other events to bring our community and industry together. My day-to-day includes maintaining strong partnerships to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. I help maintain profitability of projects based on timelines and budgeted hours while ensuring the production team has all of the information they need to effectively execute a project on time. And, of course, I make sure all of our clients look awesome on social media.
I am also a home renovation and style blogger at construction2style.com alongside my hubby, Jamie. At construction2style.com we share our passion for home renovations, remodels, DIY projects and home decor. We chat about our personal home remodeling projects, which provide you with tutorials on how you can DIY or info for how you can hire us to completely do-it-for-you! We are a husband and wife home remodeling team: Jamie brings the carpentry skills while Morgan provides the style! Specializing in residential remodeling, new construction, carpentry and custom-built furniture designs.

Karina has been working in social media for over 10 years, hailing from the days of social marketing when MySpace and forums ruled supreme. In 2012 she founded Socially Smitten, a social media agency providing social marketing expertise to brands such as Office Depot, Sony and U.S. Bank. Her main claim to fame is that Jerry Seinfeld once sent her a personal thank-you after a successful social media launch.
