Business Development, Project Management

Spread the love.

Ethan joined the c2s team in 2024 as a project manager and sales in business development, bringing years of experience in both sales and the trades. A graduate of Bethel University with a degree in sports medicine, Ethan spent 17 years in medical sales, moving from rep to management. At the same time, he gained valuable experience in the trades, working alongside his father and father-in-law during college to support himself.

Ethan’s perfectionist nature and attention to detail make him a perfect fit for the high standards Jamie expects from the team. His ability to focus on the finer points, combined with a passion for hands-on work, ensures every project is done right.

At c2s, Ethan oversees business development and project management – making sure everything runs smoothly and clients feel well taken care of from start to finish. He’s also a key player at the Contractor Coalition Summit, where his industry knowledge and practical experience bring an invaluable perspective to the table.

Beyond his role at c2s, Ethan understands the importance of content creation, thanks to his wife Cortney—aka TheCortReport—who is a full-time content creator. This gives him a unique insight into the intersection of branding, design, and construction. Together, they have three children: Austin (17), Nevaeh (14), and Grayson (10). When he’s not managing projects, Ethan enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his kids’ sports, working on home improvement projects, and spending time up at their family cabin.

Fun fact: c2s first teamed up with Ethan when Cortney brought us in to design their family cabin. Ethan took the design and made it a reality, and it quickly became clear that he would be a valuable addition to the c2s team. We’re excited to have him onboard, knowing his skills and dedication align perfectly with our vision.

One Person you’d Love to have Lunch with?

My Grandpa (mom’s side). He died right after my mom found out he was pregnant with me. My mom named me, my middle name Wallace, after him. He was a WW2 veteran and earned a Purple Heart.
