Spring is here! We are loving all the fresh updates we’re giving to spaces. We recently worked on a little bathroom and kitchen facelift in Eagan, MN. We have worked with this client in the past on her master bathroom, and we custom built end tables for her living area.
When she asked us to upgrade more of her spaces we were delighted, since she is a joy to work with and has the best taste. We knew it was going to be a quick and adorable project. So of course we had to pop some bubbly to say “cheers” to spending more time together and making her home pretty.
Kitchen Facelift
You don’t need to spend a fortune to give your space a fresh update. Sometimes all that has to be done is freshen it up with a little paint and new decor. In this kitchen, we restored the cabinetry and painted them all white as well as putting on new hardware. We also painted the walls a beautiful grey. This instantly gave the space a fresh new look!

One of the things she wanted with her guest bathroom remodel was a taller vanity. So instead of investing money into a brand new one, we were able to salvage what she had and created a larger base underneath the granite to add height to the vanity.
These wood looking tile floors are my favorite! You can’t beat the look of hard wood flooring, but real hard wood in her bathroom would only last so long from water damage. These tiles are the perfect way to bring that warmth into any space. We did a similar tile in her master bathroom and they were to die for. I can’t wait for our next home so I can utilize some of these gorgeous tiles!
There ya have it! Our latest kitchen and bathroom makeover. Remember, you don’t always need to break the bank to give your space a new and fresh update. Painting your cabinetry and walls goes a long way! Hope you can take some of this design inspiration and utilize it in your next home project.
