Now that we’ve shared the master bathroom and kid’s bathroom behind the Lorien Home, it’s time to take you into the lower level of this same home and share the details with you behind this entire space.

Before

The lower level was an unfinished space; however, the plumbing was all roughed in…which always makes our job easier.

This blank slate you’re looking at, we turned into a hallway with a guest bedroom, bathroom, and storage space.

To the right of the photo below brings us into this area below, which turned into the living room space. They didn’t want a wood-burning fireplace in their lower-level, so we went ahead and sheetrocked over it. We also closed off that walkway to the fireplace’s left and put in a little storage and cozy nook area.

And right here, you are looking at the bar area, plus a TV room, and then we left a large portion of this unfinished for their storage room.

Below is the same view of the photo right above us, with the renderings of the thought process we had behind the lower level. You can see the plumbing hookup in the photo above, and this is exactly where the bar area below was put in.
