We’ve got exciting news…
We’re adding to our design + styling services!
construction2style is known for being a design + build full-service residential remodeling company + DIY home improvement blog. Which means we help you design out your new space, create the plans, and swing the hammers, one step at a time. And document every step of the way creating tutorials for our readers.
We’ve always had the design side of our business but haven’t fully publicized it and put packages into place. Well, that is stopping now. Here we go….
Since I started at c2s, I have learned so incredibly much about the interior design and remodeling world.
Being I have always worked in events and weddings, style has always been my jam! Past experience I had to learn about the couple and their vibe to then create a vision for their wedding that captured who they were, what they love, the things that make them happy by what they are surrounded by on their most magical day.
Throughout this past year of working at c2s, I have had the opportunity to work on projects and learn and showcase my knowledge within now a home space.
In particular, we’ve been doing a lot of furniture sourcing and interior styling for our remodeling clients. So we’re ramping this area up over here and are now going to offer this as a service based package.
We recently completed our Seattle Sunset Hill Home project in Seattle, in which we sourced all of the decor and furniture, and I couldn’t be more excited about this project that I got to play a part in.
Jamie and Morgan just got back from styling + shooting this project in Seattle, WA this past week. And while they were out there styling and getting things hung, our team was holding the fort down here in Minnesota ensuring goods were delivered, rushing shipments, and calling in deliveries for pickup for them.
Alongside Morgan, I got to style this entire space using c2s shop items and a lot of other furniture selections.
As this project was going on, the client reached out to us and asked us if we would help her source and order furniture for their newly remodeled home to fit the new vibe. We have a highlight on our Instagram showing the progress of this project and their new furniture, so check it out.
Once we went back and forth, we had a final shopping list and I took that and began to order all of the items for their new home.
This then led to another client, the Breezy Point home, asking us for some styling help in their home as well. We worked on their main level kitchen and living area and added shelving to their home bar and living room shelving.
They asked us for help on styling these shelves and source new furniture for their living room and dining room.
So, like before, I got to work and learned the client’s needs and wants, and a budget, and I created a selection sheet and mood board and ordered the items.
Once all of the items were ordered and had arrived, the c2s girls headed over to help style the rooms.
Furniture Sourcing
This led us to create another service for c2s! Soooo, now introducing, furniture sourcing!
We work together to dream up a cohesive space and the furniture you need to make your house a home.
We’ll delve into your design inspo, come up with mood boards, selection sheets with shippable inks, concept boards, and a floor plan to bring it all together.
Then we’ll work together to order materials and we can even travel to you to help with the styling of your new items.

We offer one-room services, packages, and full-home sourcing.
We’ll work together to determine what service is right for you, whether it’s one room or a package designed for you.
Our packages include a primary ensuite design, kitchen + dining + living, two+ bedrooms, lower level which includes a living space + 2 other spaces such as office & bar.
This doesn’t limit you, we can always create a custom package for what suits your needs.
Packages + Process
All of our packages include an initial meeting. If you’re local, we’ll have an in-person meeting at your home to get measurements and see the space in person. If you’re out of state, we would have a virtual consult, where we would discuss the wants and needs of the space, as well as your budget and timeline.
During this meeting, you would send over current pictures of the space, a current layout with measurements, and five inspiration pictures for your new space.
After this initial meeting, we’ll start by creating a mood board for each space based on that initial conversation, and send it over for your review.
Then, we get to work sourcing items, creating selection sheets with shoppable links for you to browse.
With these sheets, we also provide you with concept boards, similar to the mood board but with exact selections so you can see just how cohesive the space will be.
Each package includes a floor plan, one rendering of each space after three design revisions before we begin ordering materials.
Once we have the final YES for your furniture, we’ll get your materials ordered.
Once all items have arrived, you have the opportunity to add on to your package and we will come and help you arrange and style your home based on the floor plan and renderings.
Don’t worry if you’re not local, we love traveling at c2s and would go where you are, just as Morgan and Jamie did for our Seattle Sunset Hill project!
If you choose to not go with a package, we would discuss what room(s) are needed and talk about what is included, and add on’s from there.
If you’re interested, read more about the process here, and contact us to inquire about your project!

Virtual E Design
We not only have added furniture sourcing, but we have also added virtual designs!
We have recently gotten an influx of inquiries regarding if we provide virtual services, and you bet we do.
This is not just for furniture but also for interior design if you’re looking to remodel your home or simply make some small changes in your home.
Similar to furniture sourcing, we offer one-room services, packages, and a full-home package.
Packages + Process
Our design project package minimum is $1,500 and can go up to $20,000. Each package includes a virtual initial meeting where you will show us your space, provide us with current measurements, and your thoughts for your new space, including inspiration pictures.
Our packages also include a mood board, selection sheets, and design boards with shoppable links. We also will provide you with a new floor plan per space and one rendering per space after three design revisions.
Here is what our initial mood board looks like here from the #uptonmodernchateau project we are working on as well as the concept boards that are created once we receive your approval of the mood boards and we move into the actual selection process of all materials.
And a few examples of our renderings …
If you choose to go for a one-room design, similar to the furniture sourcing, we would discuss the wants and needs you are looking for and add on from there.
If you’re interested, read more about the process here, and contact us to inquire about your project!
