If in the mood for a Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri mix these ingredients instead:

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • Ice cubes

First step, once you have all the ingredients for your strawberry mocktail recipe is to chop up the strawberries and watermelon. Then you’ll want to really smash up the watermelon to juice it up!

One of my favorite tools I use regularly is this yellow citrus squeezer and I use it for more than just limes and lemons, I used it to squeeze the watermelon.

But if you don’t have a citrus squeezer you can also muddle the watermelon with a muddler or throw it into a blender.

I juice the watermelon into a cup, add the strawberries, squeeze in some fresh lime juice and top it off with your choice of sparkling water. Pour into a cute cup to serve, drink and enjoy!

The perfect refreshing and summer filled drink for anyone to enjoy!

A refreshing and delicious strawberry watermelon lime mocktail recipe. Or make it a cocktail and add some liquor of your choice, I'd prefer a strawberry vodka.

  • 2 cups of cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 2 TBS freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 TBS simple syrup (or sugar)
  • 2 cups or 2 cans of 8 oz sparkling water of your choice
  • Ice

    1. Chop up your 1 cup of strawberries and add them to your mixing cup.
    2. Then we're going to want to muddle or use a citrus squeezer to juice the 2 cups of watermelon. Or if you're throwing this into a blender you can just go ahead and add the strawberries and watermelon into the blender.
    3. Add the 2 TBS sugar or simple syrup into your mixing cup.
    4. Add some freshly squeezed lime.
    5. Top off with chilled sparkling water and stir.
