Welcome to the #ChartwellHill home! Two bathroom remodels, primary and kids bath, that Topher led the charge on and the full c2s crew designed, remodeled and styled.
A beautiful home in Excelsior, MN in which the bathrooms just needed some extra love. These clients came to us from a referral from the lovely ladies at Studio Grey, who had previously designed out and remodeled their kitchen.
Primary Bath
First up, the primary owner’s en suite. We actually carpeted their bedroom which is right off of this bathroom as well, but unfortunately didn’t grab photos.
Before
Overall we kept the layout the same, but as you can see this tub had to go. And there was a ton of dead space.
And while they didn’t hate the cabinets, they didn’t utilize most of them so again it was a lot of wasted space so we simplified this whole area.
Designs
Overall we went for a clean and modern look. We kept it black and white with warm touches and earthy vibe. This client trusted our vision from the beginning, which led to a very seamless process from start to finish. As you look through our “after” photos, you will spot clean lines and minimal design. One of my favorite features within the primary shower was the step ladder bathroom tile design we did.
