Best Easter Recipes (Brunch)
Brie in Puff Pastry
If you are subscribed to our blog, you may remember that I recently shared my favorite step-by-step Brie in Puff Pastry recipe. I think it will be a hit addition to your Easter Brunch!
This easy recipe won’t take much of your precious time and you will be delighted when you take it out of the oven. I serve it with apples, crackers, or both!
Scones
Another all-time favorite recipe is scones. I particularly love them in the fall but they can brighten your brunch during any season.

They fluffy and soft and got that perfect golden color in the oven. I rarely glaze mine, but Easter is a great occasion to take a more celebratory route. Here is my go-to scone recipe.
Add the ultimate Easter twist to your brunch by making some Carrot Cake Scones with cream cheese frosting!

If this year your Easter feast starts around 1 pm or even later, we have ideas for you as well.

Chicken Wild Rice Salad
This recipe is inspired by a Chicken Wild Rice recipe that used to be on the menu of Townhall Brewery in Minneapolis for many years. So if that used to be your stomping ground you might remember that jam!
If this April weather in Minnesota continues to press on, we all might need to prepare for a more substantial Easter meal. Warm, inviting, cozy to pair perfectly with a nice bottle of wine on a snowy day!
Best Easter Recipes (Dinner)
Wine Braised Short Rib
Best Easter Recipes (Dessert)
This Raspberry Ice-Cream Cake will steal your heart! It won’t take much time to make and will look festive and presentable when you take it out of the fridge to serve!
