This corn and black bean salsa dip is a staple in our home. Creamy with our homemade ranch, and oh so delicious!
We use it for more than just chips and dip too. We put it on our tacos, throw it into casseroles and use it for a side dish.
We truly have this always in our fridge and use it multiple times throughout the week. Grab and go, and we’re always ready to roll.
Creamy Black Bean and Corn Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Cans Black Beans
- 2 Cans Corn
- 1 White Onion
- 1 TBS Lime Juice
- 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
- 1/3 cup Italian Dressing
- 1 Handful Cilantro
- Few Dashes of Hot Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
Creamy Corn and Black Bean Salsa Dip
A creamy and delicious black bean and corn dip, Made with homemade ranch, italian sweetness, with a splash of hot sauce! All the flavors you need for any good chip dip, side salad, or taco garnish.
Ingredients
- 2 Cans Black Beans
- 2 Cans Corn
- 1 White Onion
- 1 TBS Lime Juice
- 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
- 1/3 cup Italian Dressing
- 1 Handful Cilantro
- Few Dashes of Hot Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Open and rinse thoroughly 2 cans black beans, and two cans corn and set aside in a bowl.
Chop up one white onion, and a handful of cilantro. Combine the white onion into the bowl of black beans and corn. Squeeze in 1 TBS Lime Juice, 1/2 cup ranch dressing and 1/3 cup Italian dressing. Top off with one handful cilantro, a few dashes of hot sauce, and salt & pepper to taste.

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried parsley)

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
