We had every intention to send cards out this year, even got the family photos taken.
But to be honest it was kind of stressing me out this year so we just decided to not send them. Even though it made me a little sad because I love getting them in the mail, so I just decided to write a post instead for ALL of you!
My favorite thing about writing Christmas cards is reflecting back on the past year with our own family when writing them and catching up with new and old friends when receiving them.
Lessons learned, memories made, people lost, new families that became…the good, the bad and the ugly.
And man, has this year been a year for us on all accounts!
We kicked off the year with a big Molitor family vacay (also, Beckam’s first flight!). Had the awesome opportunity to travel to Las Vegas, Atlanta, Napa, Los Angeles & So Cal, Indianapolis, and NYC thanks to all of our brand partners throughout the year and made a lifetime of new memories within each city.
Finished off our second full year of hosting monthly marketing workshops in our office! (Psst… next year, we’re moving them to quarterly and to Minneapolis and would love to see you there –> c2s workshops).
We launched our courses!! WAHOO! Which took way more time to create than I had realized, ha! So that was a pretty big accomplishment we were proud of.
Worked with a number of new incredible clients, built new relationships with brand partners and met so many new wonderful humans throughout this year that will forever leave a footprint in our lives.
We lost loved ones and are missing so many more humans after this past year.
We joined the St. Jude committee to fight childhood cancer. Stood behind and helped our bro, Jesse, in his campaign of Man of the Year for the LLS in honor of our awesome Grandpa Bob, whom we lost last year at this holiday time and have missed him everyday since. And of course, Jesse won!! In true Bob Bergland style.
These holidays, this past year, felt a whole lot different without our full Bergland fam….
We watched friends and family marry, babies born and best of all we welcomed in two new beauties into our family!!
Our niece Sloane, who is the cutest darn girl you ever have seen, entered the world in January and Jamie’s brother, Brent, tied the knot in October to my bestie Brig (photos to come on the gram soon).
We just love our growing family! And can’t wait to see who joins us this next year…
And these two littles dudes are forever keeping us on our toes!
Greyson is most proud of the fact that he took his training wheels off of his dirt-bike this summer and Beckam has now learned how to peddle his own bike and puts more and more sentences together everyday! His latest is yelling out, “CUNTUCTIN2TILE” … meaning “construction2style” … haha! It’s too cute.
Can’t even believe that this upcoming year Greyson will be starting kindergarten! A whole new adventure (that I’m not sure we’re prepared for) awaits for us this upcoming new year.
And yes, they love to fight and wrestle around. Can you tell who beats up who more? haha!
It’s Beckam!
But, man do they love one another and nothing makes us happier than to watch these two develop together over this past year and play.
Just praying they stay besties forever.
Wishing you all the happiest days ahead in 2020!!
We are so thankful for each and every one of you and your support to construction2style, our family, and team.
Without all of you, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do.
Love you all & Merry Christmas!
Jamie | Morgan | Greyson (5) | Beckam (2)
Thank you Sam. Couldn’t agree more! Happy Holidays and New Year!
The family is one of nature’s masterpieces. Wishing this family a very Happy New Year 2020.
