If in the mood for a Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri mix these ingredients instead:
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- ½ cup fresh strawberries
- ½ cup lime juice
- ½ cup maple syrup
- Ice cubes
First step, once you have all the ingredients for your strawberry mocktail recipe is to chop up the strawberries and watermelon. Then you’ll want to really smash up the watermelon to juice it up!
One of my favorite tools I use regularly is this yellow citrus squeezer and I use it for more than just limes and lemons, I used it to squeeze the watermelon.
But if you don’t have a citrus squeezer you can also muddle the watermelon with a muddler or throw it into a blender.
I juice the watermelon into a cup, add the strawberries, squeeze in some fresh lime juice and top it off with your choice of sparkling water. Pour into a cute cup to serve, drink and enjoy!
The perfect refreshing and summer filled drink for anyone to enjoy!
