I’ve been on a mocktail kick this summer, and this Mango Mojito Mocktail is my go-to recipe. Best of all, our kids love to drink it too.
Mangos are mine and Greyson‘s favorite. Our dessert of choice every night is frozen mangos. We go through at least five bags in a week and it’s become a problem.
Also if you’re hosting, it’s so easy to make a pitcher of this delicious Mango Mojito Mocktail. Easy and refreshing to be enjoyed by all!
If your friends want to add alcohol, they can. A little champagne or rum would be delicious or if you want to transform it into a full Mango Margarita use silver tequila.
Fruity mocktails and cocktails are what summer is all about! This mango mocktail is simply a slight variation of your traditional mango mojito!
This non alcoholic mango drink can be made and enjoyed in under five minutes. Simple and only a few ingredients, and most things you may already have on hand.
Ingredients:
- Mango Juice, or real fresh mangos. For this we used Naked Mighty Mango. But any mango juice would taste great in your mango mojito mocktail. I like the extra thickness too.
- Lime
- Sparkling Water – I love the Polar Lime Seltzers. I drink these daily alone, or honestly, in any drink. But a regular sparkling water will also do the trick. Give me all the extra lime!
- Simply Syrup – If you don’t have simply syrup on hand, a TBS of sugar will work just as great.
- Fresh Mint
Instructions:
1. Place the mint leaves, lime juice and simple syrup in a bowl and mash them with a spoon until they become a thick paste.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar and lime juice until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Add the mango juice.
4. Place the mint leaves in a tall glass and pour the mango lime mixture over them.
5. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
6. Top off with the cold club soda and stir to combine.
7. Garnish with a sprig of mint leaves and serve.

- 3 TBS simply syrup
- 2 TBS lime juice
- 10-12 mint leaves
- 1/2 soda water of your choice ( we used lime seltzer)
- Ice cubes
