We’re back with another reveal behind the #BradfordRiverHome. Last week we shared all of the details behind the Owner Suite and Daughter’s Bath, and today we’re diving into the Powder Bathroom.
You all know how much we love combining colors, patterns, and textures and that is what this space was all about. Our client has a very eclectic style which is right up our alley, so every room within this home is so different and we’re here for it.
Best part about this Powder Bathroom was that it didn’t exist before. If you look all the way down this hallway, to the right, it was formerly just one big bedroom.
We took that room and made it into three separate rooms, the owner suite walk – in closet, the laundry room, and this powder bathroom. Where this front white door to the right is, we made into a hallway to the powder bathroom and laundry room.
Right off the kitchen, and living room. Perfect location for any guest to walk in to yet maintain privacy and also to get inspired within!
And here was the bedroom beyond those two doors. Where this wall with the flowers is on the left hand side is about where the powder bathroom was placed.
And straight ahead is now our clients full walk-in closet off of her bedroom.
Our favorite part about designing out powder bathrooms is you can go deep, moody and bold. It’s the perfect place to get daring!
And a place you’re not in 24/7 unlike your other bathroom spaces, so you won’t get sick of it as fast. But who would get sick of this.
This accent wallpaper from York is a favorite of ours. We had a lot of fun with wallpaper at this client’s home.
We both just kept coming across more, and more, and more that we loved so we found places for all of them within this home.
This Bathroom Floor Tile is new to The Tile Shop and we can’t get enough of it. It worked perfectly with the bold wallpaper and then we toned things down with a timeless wood and white Vanity & Countertop.
Our client is a big vintage and art collector and these two prints worked so perfectly in this space.
What do you all think? What’s your favorite element within this space? Comment below.
And we’ll be back to share the laundry room, office, kitchen and living room behind the #BradfordRiverHome with you all this upcoming week.
