We’re back on Bradford road for a lower level and staircase reveal!

Who was with us during the first Bradford project? We’re back on the same road and hash-tagged it #BackOnBradford.

The fun story behind this was that it was our Bradford client’s ( Jill who joined our team after her remodel) former home. Which her daughter bought and now lives in, which is right next door to her now home.

These homes have been extra special, as the Bradford home, was formerly Jill’s parent’s home. And they have more family right next door.

All neighbors are right along the Mississippi River. That’s exactly how I was raised – growing up right next door to my grandparents, aunts and uncles, and cousins. I know just how special that is, so I know the importance of these projects.

Memories for a lifetime! 

But let’s get to it – the reveal behind #BackonBradford! Our clients have slowly but surely been updating this entire home.

They are great DIY’ers but they also both work full time so time is of the essence. While they completed their entire main level remodel and much of their basement, they hired the c2s crew to update their staircase, railing and add on a bar to their lower level and update the fireplace.

The rest was all them and they did a great job. I’m just loving these before and afters.

Designs

Our clients wanted a light and bright, updated modern feel. This lower level is also right off of their outdoor in-ground pool, patio area.

And they love to have family and friends over to hang, so wanted a hangout area in this part of the home. 

One of my favorite features is their personal ping-pong gaming area! I mean how cute is this couple?!

Staircase

You all know we love a good staircase makeover!

From golden oak to … black rod metal and white oak.  It’s absolutely stunning!

Complimented with a new stair runner that our clients picked out from ProSource.

One of my favorite features that our clients did was this adorable look nook under the stairs for their doggies. How cute!!
